There are many hits for this hotel on GoogleMaps that are incorrect. The hotell should activly remove these hits. We accidently went to an incorrect place, and had to take an extra cab to the correct one

Recommend it for Families
The staff was accommodating and friendly. I lost an item in the lobby, and Judith from tourism packages rushed through the crazy traffic to return it to me. That was above and beyond what you'd expect and.
It wasn't cheap but still within reason and acceptable for the quality.

The hotel is beautifully designed and offers a
Great atmosphere with its colonial architecture. The location near the Plaza de Armas was perfect for sightseeing. The room felt a bit outdated and lacked sufficient lighting, less comfortable than expected.

Great spot for a group trip! We loved visiting Sacsayhuaman and the Plaza de Armas-all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and sorted taxis for us. Breakfast starts early, perfect if you're on a schedule. The courtyard is a nice touch with live music at dinner. Rooms are comfy and clean.
We had an issue with the concierge regarding our early morning pickup for a tour. It took longer than expected to get the right info, which threw off our plans.
